Five founding wineries. Willamette Valley only.
Your first tracked lead in 14 days, or you don’t pay until it lands.
I build one campaign for your winery — the one leak you pick — and run it until it produces. I’m in McMinnville. If it breaks, I can be standing in your tasting room the same afternoon.
What it costs
$97/month for your first 90 days
- $0 setup.I build the first campaign myself. You don’t configure anything.
- Then $197/month — locked. That’s the rate you keep, permanently. It will not step up to $397.
- Month to month. No contract. Cancel whenever, keep your data.
The guarantee
Your first tracked lead arrives within 14 days of going live, or billing pauses until it does. Not a refund you have to chase — the invoice simply stops until the system does the thing I said it would do.
What I build
One campaign, built for you
You pick the leak — tasting reservations, wine club waitlist, or event inquiries. I build that one, end to end.
Not a login and a wish of luck. A working thing, before you touch anything.
Every inquiry lands in one place
Web form, phone, email, Instagram DM — they arrive in a single inbox with the guest's history attached.
The tasting you lose is almost never the one you turned down. It's the one nobody saw.
Follow-up that runs without you
An inquiry gets acknowledged in minutes, a reminder goes out before the visit, and a thank-you goes out after.
During crush you are in the cellar, not the inbox. The follow-up shouldn't care.
You can see what's actually working
Which channel brought the group of eight, which campaign filled the Saturday, what a club signup is worth.
So next season you spend the marketing money on the thing that already paid.
Why you’re getting this price
This is the part where a company like mine usually shows you a wall of logos. I don’t have one. HospTools has not run a winery before — you would be among the first five, and I’d rather you hear that from me now than find it out later.
What I need from the first five is proof: a real case study with real numbers, and two introductions to other owners — and only if you’re genuinely happy with the work. That’s worth more to me than the difference between $97 and $197, which is why you’re getting the difference.
You’re taking a risk on a local unknown. The price, the guarantee, and the fact that I build it myself are how I’m paying for that risk instead of asking you to.
The questions you’re actually asking
- Why is this so much cheaper than the price on your site?
- Because you'd be among the first wineries on HospTools, and I need three real Willamette case studies more than I need your $197. You're taking a risk on an unproven local vendor. The price reflects that. It's not a launch gimmick — it ends after five wineries, and the $197 rate you lock is lower than what I'll charge later.
- So I'd be a guinea pig.
- Partly, and I'd rather say it than dress it up. The software itself is not experimental — it's an established platform I configure and run. What's new is HospTools working with wineries specifically. That's why you get me personally building it, a guarantee in writing, and a price that reflects the risk you're taking.
- We already use Tock / Commerce7 / a POS.
- Good — keep them. This isn't a replacement for the tool that takes the booking. It's for everything around it: the inquiry that arrives by email, the event question that never gets answered, the club member who drifts. If your existing stack already handles all of that, you don't need me, and I'll say so.
- My team won't use another system.
- Fair, and it's the most common reason these things fail. That's why I build the first campaign for you and why the guarantee is tied to a lead landing, not to a login. If your team has to change how they work to get value out of it, I've built it wrong.
- What happens after the 90 days?
- It becomes $197/mo and stays there. No renegotiation, no step-up to $397. If you want out, you cancel — month to month, no contract, and you keep your data.
- What do you get out of it?
- A named case study with real numbers, and two introductions to other winery owners — but only if you're genuinely happy. If the thing doesn't work for you, I don't want the testimonial and I won't ask for it.
If you want it, the next step is 25 minutes
We pick the one leak worth closing first, and I tell you honestly whether I can close it. If I can’t, I’ll say so and you’ve lost twenty-five minutes.
